Content License

1. Our content

All text, product photography, illustrations and the Dwellful name and marks on krisprop.shop are owned by KRISHELDAN PROPERTIES LIMITED or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

2. Content you submit

If you send us content — for example messages, reviews, or a space photo for the Kit Builder — you keep ownership of it. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and use it only to provide and improve the relevant service (such as generating a recommendation or handling your enquiry).

3. Retention of submitted material

Space photos submitted to the Kit Builder are cached only as needed to produce your recommendation and cleared after 30 days by default. Other submissions are retained under our Privacy Policy.

4. Your responsibilities

Only submit content you have the right to share. Do not upload material that infringes others’ rights, or that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

5. Third-party marks

Any third-party names mentioned for compatibility or reference remain the property of their owners. We do not claim affiliation with them.
