Use the store only for lawful purposes and in line with our Terms of Service.

2. Products

• Do not remove, alter or falsify safety labels or instructions on any item.
• Do not resell items as counterfeit, or misrepresent their contents, origin or safety status.
• Do not use product images to fabricate property listings or misrepresent a rental or sale.
• Follow all care and safety notes, particularly for electrical, child-related and pet-related items.

3. The site

• Do not attempt to breach security, scrape at scale, or disrupt the service.
• Do not submit false, fraudulent or someone else’s payment or delivery details.
• Do not use the Contact form or Kit Builder to send unlawful, abusive or spam content.

4. Scope reminder

Dwellful is a homeware retailer. We do not offer property, letting, rent-collection, investment or any financial service, and the store may not be used to imply otherwise.

5. Enforcement

We may refuse or cancel orders, and suspend access, where this policy is breached. Serious breaches may be reported to the relevant authorities.
